Kinetic Chain Release (KCR)

This series of hold and stretches is designed to encourage physical realignment and allow the body to naturally correct balances. KCR is beneficial in eliminating many physical issues, such as postural imbalances, chronic back, neck, wrist, hip and referred pain. Also helpful in relieving symptoms of Fibromyalgia, migraines, TMJ dysfunction (joint pain around ear, temple, and jaw), tension headaches, IBS and bloating.
